As the first and last point of contact, the Host creates the first impression of Willie Mae's NOLA. Hosts are responsible for greeting guests with genuine Southern hospitality, managing the flow of the dining room, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and appreciated.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly within 30 seconds of arrival.
Manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-in guests.
Seat guests efficiently while maintaining server rotation.
